- ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ១០:៣៨នាទី ដល់ម៉ោង ១០:៤០នាទី យោធាថៃបានបាញ់ផ្លោងចំនួន ៣គ្រាប់ចូលភូមិសាស្ត្រកូនដំរី សង្កាត់និមិត្ត ក្រុងប៉ោយប៉ែត ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។
សកម្មភាពខាងលើជាការវាយប្រហារដ៏កំរោល ដោយមិនរើសគោលដៅរបស់យោធាថៃ ជាការរំលោភបំពានច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។

Please be informed about the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border regarding the Thai military forces continuing their violation on Cambodian sovereign territory in the civilian residencial area, in the 5th Military Region, at the area of Poipet Municipality, Banteay Meanchey province, on December 23, 2025.
- From 10:38am to 10:40am, the Thai military fired 3 shells into the civilian residential area in Kon Damrei, Nimitt district, Poipet Municipality, Banteay Meanchey province.
The brutal actions above are indiscriminate attack by the Thai military, a serious violation of international humanitarian law.
The Cambodian forces continue to monitor the situation closely, and stand strong, brave and remain vigilant in fulfilling their roles to protect the territorial integrity of Cambodia. We will protect our dignity with courage and unwavering resolve, at any cost, and without succumbing to coercion or intimidation in any form.
It is advised that fellow citizens follow information from official sources, cooperate and comply with the instructions of all local authorities.
